Happy August! I am so excited as my birthday is in only one month also, school will be starting 3 weeks from tomorrow! I will be going into the 6th grade, and I'm hoping, that I will be able to be in the Student Council this year, as last year they only made it available for 6th graders to be in it. However, they are thinking about making it only available for 5th graders this year. So I'm hoping that they went against that decision, because I have been wanting to be in the Student Council since 1st grade. I am fairly excited that we are getting a new principal, and I hope he will be as nice as Mrs. Wagner (or at least pretty close).
